Since 2019, Rootbet has been building a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for sports fans across Bangladesh. Millions of active members and billions in payouts — that's who we are.
Demand for online gaming in Bangladesh had been growing for years. But most platforms were foreign, had no Bangla support, and offered payment methods that simply didn't work for Bangladeshi users. There was no easy way to deposit or withdraw using Mobile Pay or Nagad. Support was in English only, which made things difficult for many players.
Rootbet was founded in 2019 to fill exactly that gap. The goal was simple — build a reliable gaming platform for the people of Bangladesh, in Bangla, using the payment methods they already know. Starting small, Rootbet quickly gained popularity.
Today, Rootbet is one of Bangladesh's largest online gaming platforms. Over 500,000 registered members enjoy Sports Betting, lottery, slots, and Live Casino every day, with crores in BDT prizes paid out every month.
"Our dream was to build a platform where a young guy from Rangpur and a professional in Dhaka could both play with equal ease. That dream is now a reality."
Rootbet's journey is more than a business story — it's a milestone in Bangladesh's digital entertainment space. Every step we've taken has been guided by technology, transparency, and a genuine focus on user experience.
Our team is constantly working to make the platform better. New games, improved payment systems, a faster mobile app — we're investing across the board. Because we believe Rootbet only succeeds when our users are satisfied.
Bangladesh is a nation that lives and breathes cricket. We respect that passion, which is why cricket takes top priority in our Sports Betting section. Rootbet's live betting is active for every Bangladesh international match.
The lottery section has become hugely popular across Bangladesh. From multi-crore BDT jackpots to daily draws, Rootbet's lottery is fully transparent and independently verified. Every draw is live-streamed so anyone can watch.
Responsible gaming is a commitment we take seriously. We believe gaming should be entertainment, not addiction. That's why our platform offers deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off period tools — available to any user, whenever they need them.
Rootbet has even bigger plans ahead. We're working on new game categories, an improved mobile app, and additional payment options — all with the goal of reaching every corner of Bangladesh and delivering a consistent, quality gaming experience for everyone.
If you haven't joined Rootbet yet — this isn't just a gaming site, it's a community. Millions of Bangladeshis play, win, and have fun here every day. You can be part of this family too.
